no, you don't need to be a rocket scientist for that.

i'm not sure that's blood. the color is quite brown, events are very recent, so could blood even dry to look brown that fast? let alone, the person be conscious and capable of walking after such a brutal rape? in a situation like that, shitting yourself from fear (or to avoid being raped) is just as plausible.
If you have to ask if blood dries and oxidizes that fast then you are not informed enough on the topic to have a valid opinion on it.
