It looked like a good shot. As said earlier, they probably had all the time in the world for target practice, and "cool dude" strutting around like that, was a sitting duck.

Notice how the video seems to be cut a bit prematurely? Almost as if there's actually more to this "hit" than we know?

I checked the muzzle velocity of a 7.62mm dragunov (for arguments sake) which was 2722 fps.
If the flight time was say 3.5s that would indeed make the target 1.8 statute miles, so yeah your comment is pretty much correct!

The tracer round entered on his left shoulder and went down exiting through his left thigh ricocheting on the ground to end about 50 yards in front of him, it was one hell of a shot, the parabolic trayectory to hit that dumbass was phenomenal!

Watch again, either that round bounces backwards, or theres a second tracer meaning he was probably hit by machine gun fire, and not a sniper
