Coast Guard Medevacs Pregnant Passenger from Disney Fantasy
A Coast Guard MH-60T Jayhawk aircrew from Air Station Borinquen worked with the Disney Fantasy crew on April 15, 2024, to medevac a pregnant passenger with health complications about 180 miles northwest of Puerto Rico. The patient, a 35-year-old U.S. citizen, was taken to Centro Medico Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for a higher level of medical care.
