A Coast Guard Station Freeport 45-foot Response Boat-Medium crew rescued six people from a boat taking on water 7 miles offshore Freeport, Texas, on April 14, 2024. Bystanders on shore called the Coast Guard for assistance when the vessel began taking on water.  ·
