Starship 36 Explodes on Starbase Test Stand
SpaceX Starship 36, being prepared for the tenth flight test, experienced a major anomaly and exploded on a test stand at Starbase at about 11 p.m. Central Time on June 18. A safety clear area was maintained, and all personnel were safe and accounted for. SpaceX and local officials began safing the test site and surrounding area. The company said there were no hazards to nearby residents.
