Thanks. On second look, it looks like a hole in her head and not debris in the way, there is a light colored edge on the hole in her skull.

I had the opportunity to see her show in Port Charlotte, FL I was 10 feet from her when she walked by us... She was a very electric lady, in great shape and very brave. So sad, it clearly was evident the pilot lacked the necessary skillz to pull such a stunt off only if he had some more practice.
