I would be surprised if this footage *didn't* end up being the basis of an upcoming "seconds from disaster" episode. It IS the best crash footage I can think of ever seeing. It's all right there, with no camera shake, no blur, no distractions. The very first second you see the jet, you can tell something is seriously not right.

Thanks for sharing that...I was really curious how it was possible for the attitude of the plane to be so sharp and cause that kind of a stall. Could they have just gone full throttle and powered through it? |

That was one of the most surreal and terrifying videos I have seen in a long time, I would have been crappin' my pants if I saw that coming down at me. It was almost dreamlike how the jet seemed to just hang in the air then suddenly plummets right toward the cars on the road. That dramatic sky even added a dark element to it all. My thoughts go out to those poor men and their families, I can only imagine the horror they felt in those last few seconds... |
