Didn’t even have time to pull up the landing gear.
They tried to. The unsecured MRAPs, (80tons) hit the aft bulkhead, which tore out the hydraulics, among other things. Got No hydraulics: no gear up, no flight controls.

That my friends, is a stall caused more than likely from unsecured cargo shift to the aft of the fuselage. Once airborne, a pallet or other heavy load(s) shifted from the normally occuring high nose attitude on takeoff. The load moved to the rear and as a result the center of gravity also moved aft rendering the aircraft extremely tail heavy. This caused the bleed off of precious airspeed and a tip stall. Sad. Better know your loadmaster.
This is the single most informative post I recall reading here on this site.

That is one of the clearest videos of a plane crash I have ever seen holy fuck.
And taken by a camera man that knew that silence is golden. Voice overs can be added later.

Well yeah, that's a stall. It stopped flying and became a rock. And in that big aircraft, on departure, the pilots had no room to recover.

That is horrible and very sad. . RIP
Not to mention a full tank at departure.
