Tried to take off with the parking brake on... Interesting animation based on witness info shows the lone survivor jumping out of the plane from approximately 600ft elevation... color me skeptical. EDIT: A translated interview with the survivor says he lived through the crash, saw flames and dead people, so he unbuckled and jumped out of the door he was sitting beside. Sounds more plausible.

Boeing sucks. This is not political. Fukkkked up alternative for the people that died in this tragedy. Already in the news, so-called experts are blaming everyone but boeing. American media so-called experts will go on doing interviews to carry water for boeing. Just sickening, Remember Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302? I am boycotting any flights using boeing.

In the vid taken by the person from their apartment, you can hear the distinctive sound of the RAT (Ram Air Turbine). It will deploy automatically if both engines stop running, and it provides emergency electrical power and will also power one of the aircraft's three hydraulic systems so that flight controls remain effective. |
