Re: Villisca Axe Murders
Oh dear, it's possible my information isn't correct and I do apologize if that's the case. It was my true understanding that these photos were of the crime scene. It was such a long time ago ...my memory may be serving me poorly. I'm so glad you recall the details so precisely. Wow, what would the world do without a brilliant eye witness (such as yourself) who is able to verify, absolutely, what went down 101 years and 27 days ago? Marvellous. Thank you so much for clearing that up. |

Re: Villisca Axe Murders
Ever thought that YOUR information was wrong? I do wish those were the photos, as the studies I've done, no pictures ever surfaced. I've been to the house, been the the cemetery and been to the museum, so I'm not just some dipshit posting random BS. |

Re: Villisca Axe Murders
William "Blackie" Mansfield was the suspect. Moore was an implement dealer and had a fierce rival with another dealer, FF Jones. Many believed Jones hired Blackie to commit the murders. Seems like the was the most plausible scenario. Sadly, like I stated, no one will ever know.

Re: Villisca Axe Murders
Yes, I absolutely understand that my information may be wrong and it is open to argument, as is yours. It's not really what is said, most times, it's how it's said. When I posted the photos I simply stated "Here you go. Cheers". I didn't offer any detail or fact, as you did, as to where the murders occurred or how the crime scene was handled ...I mean, how could I? I wasn't there. All I did was share photos that I believed to be from the Villisca Axe Murders. Oh by the way ...you seem a tad sensitive maybe? I never said you were just some dipshit posting random BS. It's old news. I'm pretty sure it's open to debate ...let's try to be civilized, shall we? |
