Distressing images showed a young girl trying to resist the moment she was forced to marry. The site, in the Pokot tribe, which allows widespread female circumcision, is about 50 miles from Kenya. Tradition makes the future husband comes to the bride's family home to get he’s bride. In return, the man gives animals to the woman's family. The exchange was made for twenty goats, three camels and ten cows. The animals are passed to the family over a period of several weeks. The final payment of the dowry was done in the morning, when the girl was brought out by her father for the exchange. Pictures show shocking moment young woman was taken by force to marry after father arrange wedding without telling her in Kenya. The woman had no knowledge about the arranged marriage, her father had set up. A family member said that if he had told his daughter about the marriage, she could have run away from home.
