'Abandoned' Semi-houses, Near Reading, UK.
Two houses along the busy main Peppard Road in the village of Sonning Common. The houses still seem owned by somebody as people have gone back to barracade the doors and dump their old junk. But youths have still got in to vandalise, youth very lucky to have a playhouse still so dry and firm after dereliction for at least 35 years to my memory. I've found plenty of old magazines and newspapers, from 1948 'til around 1990, at least seven years after I know I first saw the house which was already abandoned. There seems to have been a toilet plaved in the pantry, with rusty old printing machine, bicycle and god knows what else. I'm surprised the local authrities haven't had a go at the owners ages back. (Well, somebody keeps trying to seal it.) |

Post 2. 1: Left house living room. 2: Right house hall area looking into living room. 3: Left house kitchen from left living room. 4: Right house kitchen. 5,6: Right house living room from kitchen. 7,9,12: Common centre pantry. 8,10: Right house kitchen. 11: Back left kitchen from pantry. |

Out of all the places on the internet, doubt I'd find someone who lives near me on here lol. I had no idea this was out at Sonning and I am a member of Urbex forum this has never come up thank you for sharing.
