In other words, our care for agriculture represented by the care being given to the carrot/turnip in a hospital setting would allows humans to have food surplus. This represented by the large size of said carrot/turnip and the fact it is pregnant and gave birth (so it must have been thriving)... this in turn gives "birth" to leisure time represented by a toy.
