Normally, the rabbit would be eating the carrot and I also see a carrot skinning tool on the table instead of a scalpel. It's not suppose to make sense. That is the whole idea behind surrealism; basically to be "unreal". Reminds me of Robert Williams' art like in my avatar.

this was also seen in the movie Monkey Bones, when the main character sees one of his bad dreams.

i would love to have this on my wall. the imagination it took to create something so non-traditional.
