A lineman from India trying to close a disconnect switch. It would be easier to use the handle at the bottom of the pole. Most likely deenergized other wise he would be fried curry.

I love that our shittiest equipment (& I've seen some fucked up switches, load breaks, air brakes, etc..) is still better than their best.
