A lineman from India trying to close a disconnect switch. It would be easier to use the handle at the bottom of the pole. Most likely deenergized other wise he would be fried curry.

The switch blades are not aligned with the seats. I wonder how long it will take him to realize such an advanced concept.  |

I love that our shittiest equipment (& I've seen some fucked up switches, load breaks, air brakes, etc..) is still better than their best.
