Cannibal Polar Bear Eats Baby Cub!!!
Iv seen some animal death pics lately and to some... animals seem to bring up more emotion then a beheading... anyway some tourists in northern Canada were shocked to witness this site of a polar bear eating her own cub... · · · · |

Well food can be scarce in the tundra, so if it ain't gonna make it, why waste it? Eat it!

Re: Cannibal Polar Bear Eats Baby Cub!!!
It wasn't the mother, but a father polar bear eating his cub in northern Canada. Scientists are not too sure why a few of the males have resorted to type of rare behavior. Speculation is that global warming might have something to do with the scarcity of certain types of large fish and seals polar bears normally eat. Not a sermon, just the facts. =) |
