id say that some was (footage) stalingrad,rostov maybe,germans were involved in alot of city battles.theres very little actual berlin footage to be honest that ive seen in 40 years of looking.some id say (footage) the Russians would not want us to see for what ever reason.maybe for its needless brutality in face of imminent defeat on Germanys behalf.or just lack of there being any of real combat taken except for propaganda value.

WW2 was about germany trying to save europe from communism which killed over 100 million in Russia and tens of millions in Latin america. Even to this day we have the russians causing problems. Although the U.S. government is and was no better. If the U.S. and the UK didn't side with the communists we wouldn't have a russian government or chinese government and the U.S. government wouldn't do all the crap it has done to the american public whether the police state, nanny state, welfare state or to all the countries it has invaded or interfered in. It was Britain that was the biggest colonial power in the history of the world even during WWII. Germany just wanted to focus on saving europe.

Germany only had one focus.... and that was not saving anything or anyone other than itself.. Germany... after the first war, the germans suffered... suffered more than they should have.... the world should have stepped and gave them a lil something to ease the starvation and humiliation.... but either way...... ww2 was all about saving Germany.... and creating a world of Germans....

u can make a case that all the education the U.S. has all comes from one voice, the jews..... i can see the point in that.... but what evidence is there that Germany had any plans in HELPING creating a better Europe...lol...they wanted a better SS

Germany was trying to save europe from communism. Sure germany aimed to have a german empire throughout Europe but I consider that way better than having a russian/soviet/communist empire throughout Europe which the soviets wanted. And the communists did control half of Europe after the war and it was very bad. With pure communism gone and replaced with Putinesque system, Europe still faces threat. Sure Germany's model may have not be perfect or great or even decent but I prefer it to a communist Europe, the Europe today where free speech, freedom of expression, freedom of thought and freedom of self defense (gun rights) are banned or even the current american system. Look at how Britain has turned out today.

Germany seizing control of countries on the eastern front is obviously about protecting itself from the soviets. But controlling the western border was also important because Britain had troops stationed in France and was the biggest imperialist force ever.

It's because the biggest imperialist force in human history, The British, had a lot of troops in North Africa setting themselves up to attack germany. Germany never had any intention of doing what the british did in peace time which extended all the way to India and beyond.
