your a mindless idiot the reason programs like that exist is because built into our economy is a system of poverty to motivate the peasant class workers if their were no bums nobody would be willing to work for minimum wage if nobody worked for minimum wage nobody would work for 15$hr in a factory they need a certain amount of people in poverty to motivate the rest of the peasant class to work for almost nothing and if these entitlement programs didnt exist survivors would rob and kill spoiled internet pussies like you but go ahead and keep believing that if everyone was smart and worked hard everyone would be rich
