the entire interview SHOULD be thrown out by law standards because he was never read his miranda rights its unconstitutional and it sucks if he is guilty but the law is the law and cops have to follow it too.

From what I remember about the case, the dad was abusive... Or used spankings way too much to discipline him. The kid said something to the effect that he vowed to kill his father when he had reached his 1000th spanking. Something like that.

Most, if not all, psychopaths are 'made' and not 'born'. It's likely that Dad had it coming. |

It's not the only reason though. But if that's the case here, charge the gun-owning parent along with the son. They were a negligent accessory to this murder.
