George Washington, Ben Franklin, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, John Jay and many many more were born in America.

You could say our European ancestors immigrated to this continent. But for the most part, it was people who never lived anywhere but here, who founded this country, they were not immigrants.

And if what you seem to think is what America is all about, then why is English the language that every city , county, and state uses as the primary and mostly only language in all official capacities?

You're right, people can speak whatever language they want. Because this is a free country, not because we are a nation of immigrants.
