I am 40, I am covered with tats and have had them for more than half my life. I have always lived a risky life and did insane things.
and in all the time no has ever walked up to me and ask me questions or watched. to the point that i was aware of.

I would bet if i tried to treat people the way Zim' did i would get arrested, shot, stabbed, or punched.
And I would also get bust by the police.
and I also would mess up anyone who is not a cop messing with me.
I am FREE to walk down the street, I assume anyone bugging me is out to harm me.
seeing how no one has ever came up to me, they must be coming up to mess with.
