What the fuck. How can so many people have so much wrong when its right out there for you to find?

The unedited 911 tape is on a million sites and as easy to find a Youtube. The dispatcher only said you don't have to follow him AFFFFFFFFTER he was already out of the car. AFFFFFTER Treyvon had run for it. AFFFFFTER the dispatcher realized he was running to see what direction he ran.
He called as on the same 911 tape, because a guy was acting weird and laying low at the clubhouse. Per the 911 tape and the survalance at the store , it was 30 minutes later , and less then a minute walk away. Don't know what he was doing, and no one will, but it looked suspicious enough that it got him red flagged with a call to the police. He stared Zimmerman down, then started walking. Zimmerman didn't even understand the "universal black guy motion" of the hand in the wasteband is supposed to mean I have a gun. He didn't even get that. Funny in hindsight.

No one has even mentioned that Treyvon WAS home. His girlfriend testified with certainty that he was home already and without saying it specificly went back out to confront Zimmerman.

Those two things answer everything the butt hurt Treyvon side has/will/can say. It answers the following questions, and the confrontation.

Zimmermans intent was clearly to police as evidence by the call to the police. Treyvons intent was to confront as he left the safety of his house in pursuit of Zimmerman.

Had the races been reversed and a 17 year old white boy was murdered by a black neighborhood watch man, who used a gun (which he wasn't supposed to have) and was told to NOT FOLLOW the boy by 911 (but still did).. Then this trial would be done and over with by now.. think what you want, but that's the cold hard truth.

I can't believe people defend Zimmerman and try to find little bits and pieces of information that could some how justify this. "Zimmerman was bleeding from the back right side of his head, which means Trayvon just HAD to have hit him from the left corner".. Shut the fuck up...

Maybe had Travyon been breaking into a house and this happened, then obviously everything changes, but he was minding his own business and GZ decided to play neighborhood hero. Fuck him, I hope when he lays down in his cell he chokes to death on his second and third chins.

I see now someone who mad and playing the race card. Same shit everyone uses "" if he were white it wouldn't matter" that's old shit. Also maybe Zimmerman prevented this man ; at 17 your considered a adult. From breaking in a house. I don't condone a mother losing her child but if he started the fight he's guilty. And one of the previous poster is correct. Where do you get money for gold teeth and for that matter, why the fuck do you want them to draw attention to yourself ? Hmmmmmmmmmm.....

Theoretically, yes, but only in certain states and with very strict guidelines. Less than half the states in the union have 'stand your ground' laws. Most states require that you have exhausted all means of peaceful resolution/escape before you can legally use deadly force to defend yourself or others from death or great bodily harm.
But legally, you can't just shoot somebody during a fight , even if you're getting your ass kicked; it must be a life or death situation, which can be very difficult to discern not only for the distressed individual who pulls the trigger in panic, but for anyone who did not witness the event first hand.

That's the trouble with this case- Did Zimmerman genuinely think his life was in danger when he shot Martin, or is this a contrived little scapegoat fairytale from a man who knows his actions were not legally justifiable?

You can even start the fight, and if you decide to walk away and the person you attacked pursues you its legal to shoot them.

No matter what the verdict is, what has really struck me is how both sides are so willing to smear and make conclusions based on conjecture.

On one side people are trying to portray Zimmerman as a racist.

On the other side, Trevon was just a thug that was going to wind up in Prison anyways..... He had a few fights in School, smoked pot and had a picture of a gun on his phone.... No Criminal record..... But he was a menace to the World anyways
