Ed Gein was the inspiration for the horror movies Psycho and Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

It's a shame Charles Manson wasn't executed. He did get the death penalty, but a Liberal named Rose Bird overturned the death penalty soon after he was sentenced and Manson and everyone of death row had their death sentence changed to life. With Manson he even a chance at parole, but he'll never get out of prison.
