They are next to World Trade Center # 1, or the North tower. This pic was taken from the Northern most footbridge that went over the Westside highway to the World Financial Center. If you have watched the 9/11 film by the Naudette brothers, this is where they entered the tower that day.

Kind of strange isn't it ? The screams came from people on the ground, while almost all of the jumpers themselves remained quiet. I would have screamed the whole way down if it were me.
