Mental issues, maybe. But to speak about the scene and events that led to those boys death in such detail, in several confessions, doesn't add up. People say "he was fed the details and repeated them". These are the same people who say Jessie is retarded. How could someone with such "limited mental capacity" remember such a story to repeat it.

Damian is the one who was saying before the plea deal that they had great new evidence that would exonerate all three of the WM3. This great new evidence never came to light. Even now, Damian says he is trying to help find the "real" killers. You would think since he has all of this great new evidence, he could help find the "real" killer(s). I don't buy his story, and I never have. He has been shown to be lying on many occasions by body language experts. Now, body language experts are by no means the end all to the truth, so take that for what its worth. It is my opinion, that he was the leader and the other two just did what he wanted them to do. My opinion is based on facts of the case, not what Hollywood retards think and say.

go on to proclaim the step dad guilty with no evidence ! ha

that's not even true, Damiens lawyer had to talk them into agreeing to the alford plea apparently because they wanted to be exonorated instead but agreed because Damien was on death row and they did it for him. Or so they say, but they tell so much bullshit in the press and proven lies that it is probably just to make them look like they really wanted to fight for their "innocence".
