Re: Pictures From The Diane Schuler Taconic Parkway Crash
How is it controversial? The only person making controversy is her stupid husband who won't admit the truth. They both drank. They both smoked pot. What is so hard to believe? That a pot smoker who drinks will also drive? Pot impairs driving ability and so does alcohol. Alcohol lowers inhibitions and makes people more impulsive. It would be unreasonable to conclude that the tests were doctored. For what reason would they do this? He didn't file his lawsuit until later. There were no police involved. The only person responsible was the driver who insisted on driving when she didn't feel well. She was an idiot. |

Re: Pictures From The Diane Schuler Taconic Parkway Crash
What I was referring to as controversial was the mess started by her husband, indeed: for example, the fact that he had accepted 100.000$ from Moxie Firecracker Films to record his wife's exhumation, or his persistence in disputing his wife's intoxication especially since itwas pointless. And no, I don't think that the tests were doctored, can you show me where in my one-line post where did I say that? Plz, don't jump to conclusions unless you are some mind-reader or something like that. Oh, and: 1st - The crash was ruled a homicide soon after it occurred, hence it was and it is pointless to argue over whether she was drunk or she wasn't. 2nd - To ask to some witness whether somebody is drunk or isn't makes no sense: one may be very drunk while hundreds of people in his/her immediate closeness could be unable to notice it: this is why alcohol tests are in use, otherwise the word of policemen claiming that a driver is drunk would be straight considered as proof: once the blood-alcohol content was estabilished to be of 0.19, there was no need for further investigations but to repeat the test and come to the same conclusion that she was drunk, end of story. |
