Re: Pictures From Demonstration Where Journalist Martin Alder Was Killed
Live by the sword, die by the sword. I've seen a few documentaries on "war journalist" and most of these guys are extreme adrenaline junkies and a lot of them either end up addicts/alcoholics or some put themselves in such risky situations they end up getting killed. I have to say tho, I appreciate these guys and what they do. Without them, most of the world would be clueless as to what really happens in some of these places. I commend them all for having the balls. |

One of the most haunting photos on dr But I wonder why you risk your life going to a cesspool like Somalia and try to document the never-ending blood spill there? |

Seems like carelessness and stupidity. The guy had a family, a wife and two daughters. If I'd be him I would have had them in mind when deciding to enter the Planet of the Apes.

Somalia is always at war with someone or themselves. Nothing good ever comes from Somalia. |

No and it never will. A perfect example of a failed nation/region/planet or whatever...
