these two assholes delivered a lot of pain to their Iraqi brothers and sisters: they are responsible for so much torture, rape and killing, to say nothing of their humongous greed. it's unfathomable, so much evil. This is one case where I'd say, "here's hoping there's a Hell out there in the afterlife, and they are getting their salad tossed by a goat for the rest of eternity."
