No. As others have said, there was virtually no damage to his face and very little blood - just a small amount of bleeding from the ear. Any picture that apparently shows his full body, including his face, at the death scene is fake. Seattle PD did take pictures, but they were never developed as his death was ruled to be a suicide very early on. |
