I still can't get over that he was listening to Mac DeMarco while he was doing it. That's just something that has made me confused and uncomfortable for some reason because it's not what I'd expect a school shooter to listen to while doing it...

Omg I love that interrogation!  And I totally don't buy the "voice" thing because he said he only hears them like once a day and in that case, he'd know it was a bad voice and ignore it during that instance. I am somebody who kind of "hears voices" (like I have my inner voice and then there's a second unfiltered voice that has incredibly disturbing repetitive intrusive thoughts about harming myself or others) and even when hearing it 24/7 I managed to tune it out and then seek help when I was having a hard time managing with it, and medication has helped immensely. My intrusive thoughts are typically about harming myself or others, or suicide in general. Since I'm disturbed by the thoughts, I know that they're wrong and I don't want to do it, but like, it's to the point when I go to the bathroom and wipe and check the tissue, I immediately think "lick it" (I obviously don't). |

I remember this like it was yesterday. I was at the gym and every cop in the place ran out. It was insane. I live a mile from the school. Shot was hectic that day
