The second photo appears to be in smile (or at least half smile)... that means that muscles are tensed, skin is flexed, etc. The "taughtness" can be explained by gravity (as well as age/biology, as it looks like a fairly old picture of him on the right)... The death photo has gravity pulling toward the back of his head; the second photo has gravity pulling toward his chin. If you think that's wrong... I challenge you to ask any female (who can comfortably have the discussion with you) if she thinks her breasts look better standing up or laying on her back and have her explain why. :-P   |

So either the death is faked and he will be in witness protection until the trial and everyone is outed, or he's dead and the cops no longer need a warrant to seize the rest of his property and take over everything that can be evidence... either way, I think a lot of Hollywood and DC is shaking in their boots now...
