Honestly, that can all actually be explained with angles, gravity and biology... The outlines are different because of angles... The death photo looks to be taken almost perpendicular to the point of his nose... Whereas the second photo looks like more of a "quartered toward" shot... as you can actually see the brow and part of his face which would be covered if it were perpendicular. That's going to change the silhouette. That's not just "making excuses," that's basic knowledge and is used in everything from modeling to engaging in combat... The facial structure is slightly different because of biology... The second photo appears to be in smile (or at least half smile)... that means that muscles are tensed, skin is flexed, etc. The "taughtness" can be explained by gravity (as well as age/biology, as it looks like a fairly old picture of him on the right)... The death photo has gravity pulling toward the back of his head; the second photo has gravity pulling toward his chin. If you think that's wrong... I challenge you to ask any female (who can comfortably have the discussion with you) if she thinks her breasts look better standing up or laying on her back and have her explain why. :-P |

So either the death is faked and he will be in witness protection until the trial and everyone is outed, or he's dead and the cops no longer need a warrant to seize the rest of his property and take over everything that can be evidence... either way, I think a lot of Hollywood and DC is shaking in their boots now...
