Mark Epstein, brother of child sex predator Jeffrey Epstein, alleged to the FBI in 2023 that his brother was murdered because he was ready to “name names” and claimed President Trump was behind the death.

Among the newly released materials is an FBI case file (EFTA00020518) dated October 2020 that contains an allegation of rape involving Trump. The document states that an unnamed individual alleged that “he raped me,” referring to Trump, and that “Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein.”

The New York City Chief Medical Examiner officially ruled the death a suicide by hanging. However, the DOJ Office of the Inspector General reported in 2023 that:

Epstein was taken off suicide watch against protocol and was without a cellmate on the night of his death, despite a previous apparent suicide attempt weeks earlier.

Guards failed to perform the required 30-minute check-ins and falsified records to cover up the lapse.

Security cameras in the cell area malfunctioned or were poorly positioned, and some footage was permanently deleted due to a clerical error, leaving gaps in the record that fuel speculation.

Dr. Michael Baden, a forensic pathologist hired by Epstein’s brother to observe the autopsy, claimed that fractures to the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage in Epstein’s neck were “extremely unusual in suicidal hangings” and more typical of homicidal strangulation.

Dr. Baden noted the neck wound was in the middle of Epstein’s neck, not under the jawbone as in a typical hanging, which he suggested was more consistent with strangulation by a wire or cord.

In addition, a complaint (EFTA00019101) was filed in January 2020 by an unnamed woman in the Southern District of New York. The plaintiff, named Jane Doe, was introduced to Trump.

“Introducing 14-year-old Doe to Donald J. Trump, Epstein elbowed Trump, playfully asking him, referring to Doe, ‘This is a good one, right?’ Trump smiled and nodded in agreement. They both chuckled, and Doe felt uncomfortable, but, at the time, was too young to understand why,” the document reads.

A case file from the FBI (EFTA00020508) about investigations into Epstein’s crimes includes another mention of Trump, in which he is accused of hosting a party for sex workers.

Many of the flights on what came to be known as the Lolita Express took place “during the period we would expect to charge in a Maxwell case,” a federal prosecutor told colleagues.
