Jeffrey Edward Epstein was a financier and convicted sex offender who became the center of a major criminal case involving sex trafficking and the abuse of underage girls. On August 10, 2019, Epstein was found dead in his jail cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City. The New York City Medical Examiner's office ruled his death a suicide by hanging. Epstein's death sparked controversy and conspiracy theories, given the nature of his charges and his connections to powerful individuals.

Following Epstein's death, investigations into his alleged crimes and his associates continued. One prominent figure linked to Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, was arrested in July 2020 and later convicted of sex trafficking and other offenses related to her role in assisting Epstein.

It’s crazy you hear about this on the news. They even show you his private island. Do people like him really exist or are they just using him as a poster child to instill some kind of outside morality in us. And also how do we know he really killed himself. So much mystery around this story. It’s hard for me to believe someone who’s friends with presidents would take himself out like that
