There has never, in the history of mankind, been a pilot with better flight skills than this one. Hitting the building on ground level, whilst doing 400mph, without touching the grass. Weird tho, that before 9/11 the hijacker/pilot hardly could keep a cessna in the air. The best secured building in the World & all they released to take away speculation was a clip with a few frames showing no plane. And oh, what a coincidence, the hole looks identical to that caused by a cruise missile.  |

That's one of the structural engineering "armors" of the building. It's ringed which means any outside trauma would have to pass though layers with space in-between. If it wasn't so.... then things would have been way worse!

Yeah, the Pentagon was being rennovated - the side hit was one of the sides completed. But regardless, the building is five rings of reinforced concrete built from 1941-43 (I think). Considering that the US was attacked at Pearl Harbor, my guess is that the Dept of Defense digs were meant to be pretty sturdy.
