Re: Hillside Strangler Crime Scene Pictures
The red headed woman was Lauren Wagner, she was my mother's best friend. My mom said California was a scary place to be at that time because of all the serial killers operating.

[QUOTE=LadyCPlum;3037739]Peter Lorre's daughter Catherine was almost a victim. They were doing their usual "dressed as cops" routine and pulled her car over, but let her go once they found out who she was. She said she never realized who they were until she saw the news of their arrests.[/QUOTE This was a case of being fated to die. She passed at 32 from sepsis and encephalomalacia due to diabetes. She was only 25 when the HS let her go, 7 years later she passes away. |

Re: Hillside Strangler Crime Scene Pictures
What broom? Are you talking about the 2 girls in the car? Look at the colour of it - it's part of the back seat, which has been folded down (some cars from the 60's & 70's you could lay the whole back of the seat down and convert it to a station wagon), and the girl in the denim overalls is lying half on and half off it. They're the last 2 girls, Diane Wilder & Karen Mandic, who were killed in Bellingham Washington by Ken Bianchi on his own. Or am I missing something? I looked and looked and couldn't see a broom anywhere.
