The police have reported finding several home made weapons and “explosive materials“ at the property of the assailant, my immediate thought was that this was not for a bomb, but to make ammunition, as any serious bomb making equipment would have forced the police to postpone the search, evacuate residents etc. They would still be busy now (days later) cleaning and securing the place, but the search was
finished within 16 hours of the shooting, so I think gunpowder was what was found.

They found several homemade shotguns in the guys home with 5 and 9 barrels as well.
