Agree with this entirely. It amazes me that murderers are released & expected not to reoffend.

Toni was so determined to live that she attempted to crawl to the road. She could hear the cars driving on the road. But that same traffic drowned out her screams. She wasn't dragged to where she was found. Her spine had been severed in the attack. She was paralyzed from the waist down. She dragged her poor broken body out of the trolley car. And had dragged her lifeless legs nehind her. In an attempt to get help. She was a nurse, with a BSN degree. She probably realized that nothing could save her. Her lungs were slowly filling with blood. And it is believed she turned over, and looked up to the sky. And she was helpless to save herself. She slowly drowned on her own blood. |

The Nurse victim is pretty hot. This guy calls the cops, confesses, does all that time, gets his head straight, quits killing, finds Jesus, becomes a decent and productive person, ....then they arrest him and toss him back in. What's the point of prison, then? he had been rehabilitated, all they've done now is locked up somebody they have to pay for for another 40-50 years

There is NO WAY that body sat there for a month before being found, the image of her would look much differently.
