It's guys like Wardrip that keep me from letting go of the death penalty. The way the state does it is inept and way too prone to legal wrangling, but I just can't release myself from the fact that guys like this need to be put to death. He didn't need parole for the first murder - he needed a volley of rifle bullets from a firing squad.
