All he had to do was comply. This "ok dude I give up" shit is what a lot say as they resist. He would not go limp and lie on his stomach as he was told. ppl think they can push the cops away and talk them around or even then go to ground but you must go inert as soon as they put hands on you or you will be deemed as resisting and rightly so. It's not hard to comply and save a beating, really it's not. The "dude" would not relent and he paid for it. Imagine the dirtbags police have to put up with day after day. Not good people usually but arseholes who say "dude" etc. |

I heard the cop say when tazed the dude fell on his face, I know for a fact that the damage to his head can happen like when your arms dont work and you break your fall with your face. Not saying tje coppers are right or wrong but if you fail to comply shit is going to happen. Those guys risk their lives everyday and want to go home at the end of the shift. Dealing with drug addicts, maniacs, thugs, genuine crazy fuckers has to be a tough job, I couldn't do it. |

In the beginning, just watch the stance of the heavier set cop. He keeps twirling his baton and his body language and demeanor scream agitation and like he is looking for a fucking fight. While he is doing that, watch Kelly. He's relaxed, arms crossed casually, one foot resting slightly out in a relaxed position. Yes, Kelly should have just lay down and gave the other arm, but did you hear him? He was in fucking shock and felt he couldn't breath. How the hell do you relax your body like that when you can't breathe? You become rigid and try to sit upright to get air. He was panicking and they fucking beat him. I'm sorry but even for his slight resistance, this is NO way to behave and respond. Not at all. I'm a criminal justice student, and I have seen a lot of shit that happens on both sides, but in this case, these police officers were fucking wrong. When backup arrived, I had actually foolishly hoped someone would pull these bastards off of him. Instead they fucking helped. Disgusting. |

I have a idea. What if we took 6 guys and had then start beating the shit out of the 2 "cops" I wonder if their fists would be fucking up 6 on 1. But the best is yet to come.
