The picture of the person with their face peeled off is NOT one of Dahmers. This person is alive in the photo and survived. He was under the influence of PCP and did this to himself with the shards from a bathroom mirror. The photos and case study can be found in "The Practical Guide for Homicide Detectives." I have a copy of the book and it is very in depth and informative. This case study was used for the film "Hannibal." Gary Oldmans character was loosely based on this file.
