He was a comedian in the 1960's. He was arrested many times for obscenity, and even was arrested with George Carlin.

I've looked at that photo of James Dean allegedly dead in the above included photo of the crash scene.It confuses me more every time I look at it. He appears to be alive and looking up,towards the man standing just above him while lying on his stomach...?  |

That's because it's not James Dean but his passenger that fateful day - Rolf Wütherich - who was Dean's mechanic. James Dean was killed instantly and the cause of death was a broken neck which means that he wouldn't have been able to sit up like that even if he had lived for a few minutes, which he didn't.
