Arrests and charges Marijuana possession December 2005: Arrested in northern Kentucky for marijuana possession. He pleaded guilty and avoided jail time by entering a drug rehabilitation program and paying a fine. Weapons offenses January 2006: Charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, improper exhibition of a firearm, and possession of a concealed firearm in Orlando, Florida. The aggravated assault and improper exhibition charges were dropped, and he pleaded guilty to the concealed weapon charge. His sentence included probation and community service. Driving offenses June 2006: Charged with speeding and drunken driving in Ohio. He pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of reckless vehicle operation. 2007: Ticketed for driving with expired license plates and a suspended license. Providing alcohol to minors June 2006: Charged with providing alcohol to three underage females in a hotel room in Kentucky. He pleaded guilty and served two days in jail. Assault November 2007: Accused of assaulting a valet attendant in Newport, Kentucky. March 2008: Arrested and charged with punching an 18-year-old man and throwing a beer bottle through his car window. The Bengals released him the following day. NFL disciplinary action Henry's legal issues led to multiple suspensions from the NFL: 2006: Suspended for two games for violating the league's substance abuse and personal conduct policies. 2007: Suspended for the first eight games of the season for continued violations of the personal conduct policy. 2008: Suspended indefinitely for his fifth arrest.
