I am probably the only person here that will say this but I really don't think she did this. There was a serial killer working that night and in the same area and I will be damed if I can remember his name! He even confessed to this crime but by then the corts had been all done with her. She was convicted through the media and the courts just followed suit. I will try to find that guys name and the article I read, but I really don't think she did it.

Regardless of the "phantom serial killer" ^, she was certainly convicted before her trial. There are WAY too many loose ends and unanswered questions in this case. Spraying Silly String on a grave is not grounds for a murder conviction. Maybe she did do it, maybe she didn't. Point is, as LadyNightmare said, the media had already convicted her.

Oy. I just read about the case from several different sites. It looks like she may possibly be innocent.

If so, I wish her luck. Innocent prisoners in Texas tend to get the shaft even more than in other states, from what I've read.

I've gone over this case too and I have some serious doubts. She wasn't exactly a wonderful human being doing great things for this world, but I truly don't know if she killed her kids.
