If you look at the second picture, where it is a far off view. The table closes to the camera on the left side has coke on it's farther edge. Also notice the quantity of money laying next to his bloated corpse. At least a couple hundred. The rosary in his hand makes me think it could have possibly be intentional OD. Or he realized he done to much and starting begging for forgiveness before meeting his maker...
