There's no reason to assume that they wouldn't have been. It's not like it took people any amount of time to find his body, so odds are they were able to harvest his organs within the acceptable time frame.

Y'know, that gets me thinking: who got Dwyer's organs? How many lives were saved as an indirect result of his suicide?
