Also - reported he's in serious condition. He's gonna live most likely then. Perhaps then there was no major injury to him tonight, just what he was bleeding from last night or grazed a leg or something. Going to Mass General. If they negotiate no death penalty when trying to take a suspect in, do they have to stick to it?
