I have to admit that this is probably the most riveting, fast moving, intense and addicting event I have ever heard in my life. On the surface, the authorities did a very fine job in getting these two people off the streets.

And thanks to my fellow posters for all of the exciting info/events that we've shared with each other in this thread. Truly a "feel-good" warm and fuzzy feeling I'm having over here. :-)

Listening to all these police congratulate and thank each other over the scanner is very heart warming. Now let's just hope that they get this guy to talk and tell us all why this happened.

What? A guy hides in a boat for half of the movie whilst Morgan Freeman leads the hunt, commanding 9000+ officers but ultimately a male/female duo of headlining stars play the cops who find him, negotiate, flashbang, corral the media, you name it, they did it and finally take him in?

It will make a brilliant movie if they either stick to the facts (NEVER going to happen) or pace it well, without attributing everything to a handful of leading characters.
