This is where it gets murky. I'll try list for for each point from what I've found from the stories after 6pm tonight for those reporting it here and abroad.

Thermal helo before: Someone earlier pointed out that the helo radio traffic is not public. They are also hopping channels like crazy in a situation like this. I also don't know how many helos with thermal Boston PD has, it could be possible they were hovering over the active sweeps trying to avoid any surprises.

In the boat: This is all over the place. He was:
--inside the door-to-door in the initial grid or not.
--may be a pool of blood found one to two blocks away suggesting he came to the boat after they left, and everyone focused on TV or the police out their windows during the orders to stay inside, no one saw him come in.
--crept in and laid there and the cops doing searches came through but either a ) didn't go through the boat at all or b ) they saw one part of the boat and assumed it was secure because it was pulled tight on their side/sides. If they searched, one of those had to have happened.
--the place wasn't searched at all for whatever reason, whether on the grid to search, they were called away or didn't go to the backyard or maybe even realize a boat was out there only searching inside the house.

Only an owner can see small things amiss like what he saw. They don't specify how much/how big just "a small mount" of blood on the tarp up close. He didn't see it until he got close so... no one has yet said how long they think he was there at all, but I'd think they'd have a test to see how old some of the blood was or some specialist that can determine it?

They all claim they have sources, some have a few names attached but no "official" details on that.

I would assume they didn't use the thermal copter the night before because it would have been a waste of resources and would not have been very helpful. People everywhere on the ground, animals, all give off heat signatures. It would be impossible to discern who they were looking at.

In such highly emotionally situations like the events of and leading to the killing and capture of the 2 suspects of the Boston Bombing, I understand that there is a big possibility to report the wrong info.

I, as many others have stated, were listening in on the BPD and surrounding PD scanners. For whatever reason, I decided to record what I was hearing on the Scanner. I started recording roughly around 12:25am Eastern Time.

I've also been following news reports of what unfolded late Thursday night and up until Suspect #2 gave up/taken into custody. Unlike other people, I for what every reason recorded the feed and I'm able to go back and replay the events I heard unfold starting around 12:25am.

I'm aware that law enforcement uses more than one channel to communicate with one another depending on the situate at hand. But what I see the media reporting and what I hear in the records..some things just don't match up. It could quite possibly be that some BPD officers switched to different channels. I'm just still on the fence with all these different ideas being thrown around. Just hoping someone can find one piece of information that will confirm what happened for sure. But times like these, and from past experience, I strongly doubt that will happen.

The helicopter transmissions were heard during the whole boat ordeal. I was using a few scanners, so I don't remember if it was from the cam on scanner feed or one of the law enforcement feeds. During that ordeal you also heard someone warning everyone that they were going to be firing dummy rounds at the boat and not to fire their other weapons. They said that numerous times before finally doing it. In an interview I saw last night of one of the law enforcement agency chiefs/captains/whatever, reporter asked if the suspect fired at them while in the boat. The person said yes, suspect was shooting at them from the boat shortly before the flash bangs were used and that's when police opened fire. That totally contradicts the scanner traffic with the dummy rounds, and no one ever broadcast that suspect was shooting from the boat. Either that guy is confused or he is bold faced lying to try to make themselves look more like heroes than they already are.

No you can't. Refer them as cockroaches, wood ticks or some other worthless and menacing creature.
