Just a few days since learning it was islam-inspired, the media is all over itself to plead for it not be blamed on religion. Or, to deter future immigration to America. The latest? Uncle, who was so honest at first in proclaiming them "losers" for what they did, now states Tamerlan was "brainwashed." In the end it seems family always sticks together. While I agree with you on some things, you can't start making exceptions to the law, whenever you feel like it. If that starts happening, we are truly fucked. I hope that you never find yourself in a 'situation.'

Im not saying we should make exceptions, I was thinking more along the lines that it would be a good idea to make it common practice. Especially the exicution of terrorists after a torture session.

If we make it common practice and you find yourself in situation where you are being prosecuted for a crime, good luck. Our system may not be perfect, but you are afforded certain rights and those are not to be picked and chosen at random, to suit the situation.

I'm a law abiding, tax paying, multiple gun owning, citizen of the USA. I just happen to think we can't go around making exceptions to the rule or changing the rules just because we want to hang one man high.
